We have 2 options for floor plans:

Add a floor plan to a Matterport 3D Tour for $50. The Matterport camera gathers measurements as it scans the 3D model. The measurements produced by the 3D camera are typically within 1% for accuracy. Additionally, the camera calculates internal square footage based on the areas scanned.

If you do not want to order a Matterport 3D tour, we are able to produce a floor plan on its own using different technology. We laser measure the home for accurate room measurements although some rounding may occur. These floor plans do not include total square footage. Pricing is based on the size of the home and starts at $125 when paired with photos.

Both options produce similar results and are an excellent way to help buyers understand the layout of the home.
